At times, it's useful for you to know the water flow and pressure available at your property. This is often because you are intending to carry out work on your property, such as installing a new boiler, or it could be that you're experiencing lower flows or pressure than you're used to.

 

Several factors will influence the pressure at your property, even in comparison to others in the same street. The age and material of your service type, the size of the pipe, any leakage and your internal plumbing all play a part.    

 

We provide a full pressure and flow survey, with a written report of our findings. This will include, where visible, the material of the service pipe and a standard leak sounding test will be completed at the same time. This will enable you to make an informed choice on the next steps that you may choose to make.
